How matching works
Every match goes through two stages: qualify, then rank.
First, hard requirements: a guild's minimum character level, gear score, DPS, weekly activity score, and arena rank all act as gates — fall short of any one a guild has actually set, and that guild won't show up as a match at all. Elegance Score only gates for guilds that list Fashion as one of their activities; everyone else ignores it entirely.

Gear score28,400 / 30,000 required
Arena rankGold / Silver required
Among everyone who actually qualifies, a weighted score ranks the rest: playstyle intensity, platform overlap, shared activities, roles a guild needs that a player can fill, schedule overlap, shared language, age group, and main focus all add up. Playstyle carries real weight of its own — Casual, Semi-Casual, Hardcore, and Competitive sit on one intensity scale, while Social sits apart on its own axis and only ever matches another Social.

The player's side of the same story is on finding a guild, and what a leader sees is on running a guild.
