"They say I am Fang Shuo, a wandering star fallen to the mortal world. In white robes amid ten thousand chariots, why did I leave the heavenly court? You too have not found success; sing aloud and envy the wild geese soaring beyond sight."
The robe is cut from a deep blue night sky for silk, with starlight scattered across it in endless dots. Spread the two sleeves, and they reveal a flowing river of stars.
Over the deep blue, red hair flies free and golden radiance dazzles, an utterly opulent look. Layered discs echo the constellations, while straight lines burst outward in the shape of starbeams. Behind the figure hangs a nebula, with a single bright star shining alone at its center, ringed by golden star trails that remain fixed through all the ages.

There they see a long bridge strewn with gold dust, and are told this road leads to the immortals' realm, its scenery ravishing and delightful. They see jade cups brimming with fragrant wine, and are told this nectar can lengthen one's years, so drink it all and leave not a drop. Poor and ruined today, you will stand in the imperial court tomorrow, your name remembered for a hundred generations. Hungry and haggard today, you will heap up gold and jade tomorrow, and your family's gate will gleam with brocade. As the saying goes, riches are always sought amid danger. In everlasting joy and endless revelry, do not look back.

The old ceremonial regalia of the underworld messengers has now become the God of Wealth's golden signboard. The one in black has jagged spikes on his shoulders and a silver ring-lock hanging on his back. A fierce little ghost accompanies him, and twin hooks trail along the ground, hooking away souls and spirits and entangling honored guests so they cannot break free. The one in white has ingots and silver coins piled up like clouds, and a silver-boned palm-leaf fan on his back. He fans wealth flying through the sky, so that honored guests have no wish to return.
